Wet Weather Policy 30 March 2009

The Cobras has a Wet Weather Policy which is to be followed during periods of wet weather. This includes details on the number to call to check on Cobra's ground closures:

Football NSW also has a lightning policy which is to be followed when there is any lightning in the area. This policy adopts the 30-30 rule where training and games are to be stopped when thunder from lightning is heard within 30 seconds of the strike, and training and games are not to resume until 30 minutes after the last thunder is heard within 30 seconds.

Hot Weather Policy 3 February 2009

In accordance with duty of care and reference to the SMA Policy & Guidelines, Football NSW recommends that:

Games or training involving Adults should be postponed or cancelled at 37c

Games or training involving Children should be postponed or cancelled at 32c
